What You Will Be DoingAdminister the Department of Administration's One Card (PCard) program by managing cardholder accounts, providing training, and helping ensure compliance with state policies.
Review and certify financial and procurement transactions to support accurate accounting and responsible stewardship of public funds.
Process departmental deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with travel, payroll, reimbursable services agreements (RSAs), and a variety of other fiscal activities that keep the department running smoothly.
Provide exceptional customer service and fiscal guidance to staff on purchasing card, accounting, and financial processes.

You will work in a professional office setting on the 10th floor of the State Office Building in Juneau, with great views of the Gastineau Channel and a quiet, team-oriented workspace that supports focused financial and administrative duties. The daily environment involves consistent computer-based work, regular communication with staff across the department, and no travel requirements.
