What You Will Be Doing:

This position provides technical and administrative support for the Juneau Pretrial, Probation and Parole Office, which includes performing installation of electronic monitoring equipment, entering information into departmental databases, and obtaining urinalyses of same‑sex defendants. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting law enforcement professionals in the monitoring of probationers and defendants by completing intakes and office visits, maintaining records, updating APSIN and ACOMS databases, and filing violation reports.

CJT’s perform a variety of paraprofessional work in support of commissioned, certified, or other law enforcement professional staff, under general direction; and assist in administrative duties in support of maintaining a functioning office.
