Want to make a real difference in Alaska's rural communities, and get paid to travel while you’re at it? We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work hands‑on with communities throughout Alaska, helping them thrive by offering support in everything from local elections and financial management to emergency response and utility services. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a relationship‑builder, and a go‑to resource on everything from Alaska Statute Title 29 to providing safe drinking water.

• Understanding the unique challenges and strengths of rural communities.
• Knowing how to meet people where they are and offer real support that makes a difference.
• Experience leading workshops or training sessions for adults, whether face‑to‑face or remotely over platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.
• Expressed confidence explaining rules, policies, or regulations clearly, whether you’re talking to community members, coworkers, or government folks. Written or spoken, you know how to get your point across.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with accounting software (like Quick Books or Quicken) and can interpret budgets or financial statements without breaking a sweat, especially in a government or nonprofit setting.
