This position is open to Alaskan residents only.
What you will be doing- Manage casework and keep workflow moving smoothly.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across all access points, including the Virtual Contact Center, lobby, and non‑lobby interactions.
- Provide accurate information, gather essential details, and help ensure timely benefit determinations.

Working Environment You Can ExpectThis position is part of a statewide eligibility workflow team in local Public Assistance offices. The workplace is in the Juneau office at 1002 Glacier Hwy, Suite 200, Juneau, AK. The environment is supportive, friendly, and focused on helping individuals grow professionally.
