Position: Eligibility Technician 1 (PCN 068338M)

This position is open to Alaskan residents only.

What you will be doing
  • Manage casework and keep workflow moving smoothly.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across all access points, including the Virtual Contact Center, lobby, and non‑lobby interactions.
  • Provide accurate information, gather essential details, and help ensure timely benefit determinations.
