Social Services Program Coordinator
This role is located in Anchorage or Juneau, AK. The position is open to Alaska residents. The Coordinator works in the Division of Behavioral Health Director’s Office, Policy, Legislative, Regulations, Communication and Planning Section.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple smaller programs, including strategic planning, policy and procedure development, communications, legislative and regulatory activities.
- Act as secondary point of contact for regulatory work; provide relief to lead regulatory staff by handling regulation packages or assisting on specific tasks.
- Assist the Social Services Program Officer in conducting bill analyses and assessing legislative impact on division practices.
- Support internal and external communications to ensure effective program implementation and operational continuity.
