We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The occupational therapist will work with individuals of all ages who have physical, mental, or developmental challenges to help them achieve independence and improve their quality of life. This rewarding role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and helping them develop the skills they need to live independently.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients’ functional abilities
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
• Provide education and training to clients and their caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Compassion and empathy for individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques
