Job DescriptionThe Department of Corrections, Division of Health & Rehabilitation Services, is recruiting for multiple Mental Health Clinician 2 positions to join the team at the Anchorage Correctional Center (ACC), located in Anchorage, Alaska.
What You Will Be Doing- Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans for inmates assigned to caseload.
- Respond to referrals from staff and make appropriate recommendations, including conducting mental status examinations, clinical interviews, suicide assessments and risk assessments.
- Prepare, schedule, and facilitate psycho educational and psychotherapeutic groups for inmates in open population.

This position is located at the Anchorage Correctional Complex, a secure facility that holds unsentenced and sentenced inmates. You will work closely with a team of correctional officers, mental health clinicians and medical staff.
