Travel OT jobs in Juneau, AK offer a 13-week temp direct contract with 40 hours per week, starting ASAP. You’ll provide home health occupational therapy services, evaluating clients in their homes, developing treatment plans, and helping individuals regain independence in daily living. This role requires at least two years of experience, BLS certification, Alaska licensure, and home health expertise.
As a home health occupational therapist, you’ll assess clients’ needs, observe them performing daily tasks, and create individualized therapy plans. You’ll teach adaptive techniques, introduce equipment for safer self-care, and educate clients and caregivers on safety and independence. You’ll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care[1]?[2].
