Aviator Suites Hotel is a newly remodeled property preparing for a June opening in Juneau, Alaska. We are building a strong, service-focused team from the ground up and are looking for associates who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean and comfortable space for guests.

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand and company standards. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and ready for arrival.

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish towels, linens, and guest amenities
• Ensure rooms meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to leadership
• Maintain assigned carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team mindset
