The Senior Manager will lead the Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) Data and Analytics Capability across public sector clients. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions, managing a team of analysts and developers, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to support Medicaid business objectives and compliance requirements.

• Lead and manage the MMIS Data & Analytics team, including Data Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and other professionals.
• Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions across public sector clients.
• Demonstrate breadth of Medicaid domain knowledge, including MITA areas, MMIS Reporting including Claims, Encounters, Payer and Financial Reports.
• Collaborate with other Sr Managers and deputies to drive integrated reporting and data initiatives.
