Position Summary
Senior Technical Support - Desktop and End User Support (Contract)
Key Responsibilities- Align IT systems with organizational business processes.
- Lead and manage support teams.
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 service desk support.
- Administer Microsoft 365 Services including user licensing, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, MDM.
- Minimum of 5 years aligning IT systems with business processes.
- At least 3 years in a lead capacity.
- Minimum of 7 years full‑time experience in IT support roles, particularly tier 2 and tier 3 service desk environments.
- Minimum of 3 years full‑time experience administering Microsoft 365 Services.
