The Director of IT Strategy & ERP Programs is responsible for the multi‑year strategic program that involves business transformation and driving end‑to‑end productivity across the entire value chain. The program spans several business units including commercial, dealer channels, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and corporate finance.

This senior leader manages the overall ERP program and all work streams, working with business and technology stakeholders to ensure program scope and requirements are captured using agile methodologies and drive value delivery. The leader provides oversight for solution design, configuration, and development tasks, covering technology architecture, business processes, and information management required for successful implementation.

The role also leads IT strategy and operating model activities, partnering closely with IT leadership to drive enterprise‑wide alignment on priorities, planning, governance, and financial management. It acts as a central point of integration across IT portfolios to ensure consistent execution, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes.

• Provide oversight to the project work streams to develop solutions that facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, and quality improvement across all dimensions.
• Design and develop projects and work streams within the program in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives.
• Ensure ERP design and configuration work is performed based on a holistic solution design and architecture that encompasses the right level of business, functional and technical requirements.
• Provide oversight and leadership for the implementation of the program deliverables, coordinating external consultants, business functional leads, project managers, and field SMEs from Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and other business units.
• Effectively conduct day‑to‑day ERP program management discipline and manage the overall program budget across all work streams/projects, partnering with Finance to align with the broader IT budget and investment plan.
• Understand business drivers and capabilities (current and future state) and facilitate the design and implementation of the right solution architecture to deliver the expected business outcomes.
• Implement standardized global business processes across the organization in close partnership with business leadership.
• Apply proven approaches to improve operational performance through the entire program lifecycle from charter definition to benefit realization.
• Manage and resolve complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate to IT and Business Leadership.
• Identify opportunities across the organization, translate findings to project cost and customer impact.
• Plan and manage change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement, adequate communication, training needs, and adoption of the change.
• Create and maintain all program‑level artifacts, including steering committee meetings, program metrics, status reports, project plans, and provide periodic updates to executives and stakeholders.
