Experience:
5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) and a proven track record delivering SAP APM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
- SAP APM configuration and implementation
- Groovy scripting
- SQL / PL‑SQL development
- SAP APM data integrations and touchpoints
- Jasper Reports
- Technical documentation
- SAP Agent Connection
- ETL tools (Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, or similar)
- Python
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
- SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
- Groovy
- SQL / PL‑SQL
