Key Responsibilities
- Business development responsibilities including origination and relationship development
- Work directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for cybersecurity
- Translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
- Lead the sale and delivery of Security services across multiple clients
- Qualify and define Security opportunities through discussions with client executives and senior leadership
- Lead and manage business development/proposal efforts (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- Develop written and oral client proposals
- Assist with driving overall CMT Security pipeline growth
- Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge dealing with security issues and vulnerability trends in the telecommunications, media, high tech, semiconductor, or software industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management principles and project quality methods (Agile)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if Associate's Degree, minimum equivalent 6 years of work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge of Security vendors and Security product capabilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience/ability to lead and manage business development/proposal efforts (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Security and Privacy; ideal candidate should have a mix of the following capabilities:
- Cyber GRC
- Privacy
- Third‑party risk management
- Vulnerability management
- Penetration testing
- GenAI for Security and Privacy
- Communications, Media or Tech experience and relationships with West Coast clients
- Industry‑recognized Professional Security certification preferred (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC)
- Ability to lead a team and counsel others is a must
- Experience building client relationships using strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to drive proactive business development while managing metric achievement across a broad portfolio of work
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable programs with defined scope, budget, and timeline
- California: $131,100 to $336,900
- Colorado: $131,100 to $291,100
- New York: $121,400 to $336,900
- Washington: $139,600 to $309,900
