Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a security architecture process that enables the enterprise to implement security solutions and capabilities aligned with business, technology and threat drivers.
- Coordinate projects and resources as new business offerings and technologies are developed and implemented within Warner Music Group.
- Participate in application and infrastructure projects to provide security‑planning advice.
- Hands‑on experience refining baseline security configuration standards for operating systems (OS hardening), network segmentation, and identity and access management (IAM).
- Direct experience configuring security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), web application firewalls (WAF), and anti‑malware/endpoint protection systems.
- Drive vulnerability testing of enterprise services and applications, assess results, prioritize, and coordinate remediation efforts with colleagues.
- Execute and leverage a SIEM platform for forensic security investigations, identifying indicators of compromise (IOCs); develop and use advanced custom tools and scripts to enhance assessments and proactive alerting.
- Review all security reports and logs for unusual or anomalous activities.
- Liaise with the vendor management team to conduct security assessments of existing and prospective vendors, especially those with whom the organization shares intellectual property (IP) or regulated data.
- Review all existing and new security technologies, tools and services, and make recommendations to the broader infrastructure team.
- Participate in and have led information‑security incident response activities.
- Stay abreast of information‑security events, news, trends and evolving legislative/regulatory changes.
- 8+ years of hands‑on network administration.
- Direct, hands‑on experience or strong working knowledge of managing security infrastructure such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP and log management technology.
- Direct experience managing and working with Security Operations Centers.
- Direct, hands‑on experience or strong working knowledge of vulnerability management tools.
- Documented experience and strong knowledge of threat‑modeling methodologies on new applications and services.
- Scripting experience (Power Shell, Python, Bash, etc.).
- CI/CD pipeline DEVSECOPS experience.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of regulations, standards and frameworks.
- PCI‑DSS, SOX, GDPR and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
