Overview
In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic Health Care
Location & RelocationMadison, WI (campus‑based). Relocation assistance is fully reimbursed.
Responsibilities- Manage all litigation and regulatory matters for Epic's expanding product lines.
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents; present oral arguments; negotiate settlements.
- Advise on strategy in a rapidly changing industry; collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- 3–7 years of experience in litigation, with demonstrated success in drafting, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
- Strong background in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
