The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic, Advanced Journey/Lead to maintain and repair equipment used in road and airport projects in Alaska. The role requires diagnosing complex issues across transmissions, engine and hydraulic systems, and brakes for both heavy and light vehicles.
A Class A CDL is required, and a bi-weekly tool allowance is provided. Occasional travel to remote sites may be involved.
