• Oversee the design, implementation, and long‑term roadmap of operational technologies for the new Walmart domestic office campus.
• Operational support for BMS.
• Operational guide for IWMS.
• Technical possession of labor order & space control answers.
• Help, training, and implementation of modern‑day and future CRE answers.

• Having revel in working with operational and space answers – IWMS, BMS, IoT, traveller management, Reservation, protection, and so forth.
• Having experience in centers and space management methods because it relates to handling management web sites/homes thru operation of an IWMS or different company actual property control platforms.
• Having experience with 2d and 3‑D modeling structures.
• Having revel in as a product proprietor in a complex company surroundings.
• Participating with stakeholders in corporate actual estate operations to confirm and capture business requirements, priorities, timelines, and reports.
• Contributing to the strategies that deliver operational and experiential cost to the corporate actual property commercial enterprise and to associates.

• Experience operating in an agile development surroundings.
