The Health Program Manager 2 oversees the management of state and federal grants supporting behavioral health services across Alaska. In this role, you will coordinate with community partners and stakeholders, monitor program performance, and ensure services are delivered in compliance with state and federal requirements. The position offers a hybrid telework environment and may be located in either Anchorage or Juneau depending on the selected candidate.
Keyqualifications
- Grants Management: knowledge of requirements, practices, and procedures for administering grants and agreements
- Program Oversight: plans, coordinates, and monitors programs to ensure compliance with government requirements
- Analysis and Assessment: uses information technology to access, collect, analyze, and disseminate data
- Writing: communicates information clearly and professionally in technical and non-technical formats
- Partnering: develops networks and builds strategic relationships across organizational boundaries
- Community Dimensions of Practice: understands roles of governmental and non-governmental organizations in health services
