Anchorage:$3870.40biweekly (OT Ineligible)
Fairbanks:$3946.40

Juneau:$4064.00

What you will be doing:This position provides division-level leadership and oversight of the financial functions for the Division of Facilities Services (DFS), with primary responsibility for budget administration and financial management. Serving as the DFS budget contact within the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), the position oversees an approximately $100 million budget across the Facilities Services and Leasing Results Delivery Units (RDUs/appropriations). The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, execution, monitoring, and r
eporting of the division’s budget, ensuring resources are effectively managed in alignment with division priorities, operational needs, and fiscal requirements.
As a member of the DFS leadership team, the incumbent serves as a subject matter expert on budgetary, financial, and administrative matters. The position works directly with the Division Director, managers, and administrative staff to analyze expenditures, monitor financial trends, plan and allocate resources, evaluate funding needs, and provide recommendations that support sound fiscal and operational decision-making.
The incumbent exercises substantial discretion and independent judgment in managing complex budgetary and financial responsibilities and is accountable for the accuracy, quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of assigned work.
