What You’ll Do
  • Lead Fiscal Management & Budgeting:
Develop, forecast, and manage multi-fund budgets including general funds, grants, tuition revenue, and foundation accounts while overseeing purchasing and financial compliance.

  • Direct HR & Personnel Administration:
Function as the primary HR Coordinator overseeing recruitment, appointment processes, labor agreements, contract generation, and timesheets across faculty and staff.
  • Supervise & Empower Staff:

  • Collaborative Leader:
Proven experience supervising staff, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively across diverse, professional teams.
