SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of all Goldbelt’s Juneau based operations, including tourism companies and all land and real estate owned by the Company, (33,000 acres of ANCSA land holdings), according to established operating agreements, contracts, and corporate policies and procedures; thoroughly identify, evaluate, screen, recommend, and review with the CEO, the CFO, and the Board of Directors, new and existing business opportunities which align with the Company’s strategic plan.

The Executive Vice President is responsible for Lands Management, Facility Management, Project Management, and Tourism Management.

The Executive Vice President is responsible for the results of subsidiary operations included within the commercial Alaska Division; responsible for each subsidiary achieving the goals and strategies included in its strategic plan while ensuring the strategies support Goldbelt Incorporated’s Strategic Plan.

The position acts on behalf of Goldbelt, Incorporated as the majority owner or sole owner in each subsidiary and advises the representatives from Goldbelt Incorporated that act as “Manager” of the subsidiaries under his/her responsibility.

Qualifications
