Manufacturing Industrial Engineer – Timken Aerospace (Keene, NH)

Timken Aerospace is a global leader in engineered bearings and power transmissions, operating a facility in Keene, NH. We are a federal contractor and provide priority referrals to protected veterans. A U.S. citizen or Green Card holder is required for some positions.

• Increase accuracy of standards and maintain integrity of master data settings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and support processes.
• Monitor and correct levels of adherence to standards.
• Assist project engineers with ROI development.
• Accurately cost new products at deployment and monitor for costing anomalies.
• Understand and communicate ERP system functionality across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturing methods (internship experience in industrial engineering preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Highly organized and process‑oriented.

• Use of hands, legs, both near/far vision, and hearing.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Requires extensive periods of walking and standing.
