Overview

Citizens High School (CHS) is a regionally accredited online high school serving working teens, homeschool families, and employer-sponsored learners nationwide.

We are hiring a Fractional Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our student acquisition engine.

This is not a branding or social media role.

This is a performance role tied directly to enrollments and retention
.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end funnel: lead → enrollment
  • Campaign strategy and execution
  • Messaging and conversion optimization
  • Attribution and performance reporting
  • Coordination with a research & calling unit
  • Growth experiments tied to real results
How Success Is Measured
  • Enrollments generated
  • Cost per enrollment
  • Funnel conversion rates
  • Students who persist into a second course

You will NOT be evaluated on:

  • Impressions
  • Followers
  • Brand awareness
  • Creative awards
Compensation (Performance-Based)
  • $3,000 per month base
  • $100 per enrolled student
  • + $50 when that student enrolls in a second course
  • Paid only on funded, active students
  • Uncapped upside
  • Initial 90-day performance period
Ideal Background
  • Experience owning and operating lead-to-enrollment or lead-to-revenue funnels
  • Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that produce measurable enrollments or revenue
  • Background in one or more of:
    • Demand generation
    • Growth marketing
    • Revenue marketing
    • Performance marketing
  • Experience in enrollment-based or lead-driven businesses (EdTech, SaaS, workforce programs, or similar)
  • Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not activity
  • Able to point to specific funnels or campaigns you’ve built or scaled
  • Comfortable working with small teams and commission-aligned partners
This role is not a fit for
  • Brand-only marketers
  • Social-media-only specialists
  • PR or communications-focused roles
