Requirements:
Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in OB/GYN nursing or case management preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
BLS required; CCM or OB/GYN care management certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate care with OB/GYN providers, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, or gynecologic care and resources.
