Registered Nurse Case Manager Primary Care/Clinic Nurse

MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE at time of submittal. AND Case Management experience must be within the last 2 years. PROOF OF FLU VACCINE REQUIRED. Start date will be minimum 6 weeks from date fingerprint cards are received by SEARHC. This is a hybrid/blended role: responsible for the active management of SEARHC patients as assigned AND will serve as clinic nurse as assigned.
