Several Substitute positions are needed to fill in for Registered Nursing Staff on an as-needed basis.
Position SummaryConducts school health services including screening for physical examinations, immunizations, hearing and vision tests, and dental clinics.
Administers medications according to school board policy and refers students who are in need of medical and dental care.
Responsibilities- Conduct screening and provide physical examinations, immunizations, hearing and vision tests, and dental clinics.
- Administer medications in accordance with school board policy.
- Refer students who need medical or dental care to appropriate services.
- Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse Licensed in Alaska.
Pay rate $29.04 per hour for as-needed substitute positions throughout the Juneau School District.
Additional InformationSelected hires will be fingerprinted at the applicant's expense and fingerprints forwarded to the Alaska State Troopers and the FBI for a records check.
