Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA; Day Shift

Description Provides and assists in the provision of, direct patient care under the supervision of a RN/LPN and whose activities require an understanding of basic anatomical, biological, psychological, cultural, and social sciences.

Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full‑time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Full Time 36-hour weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts weekly

Day Shifts

• Coursework/Training:
  Successful completion of an Alaska state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements.
• Upon hire:
  Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• Coursework/Training:
  Some college courses in nursing or therapy field.
• 3 months Nursing assistant experience in acute or extended care.
