Seasonal Jewelry Sales Associate

Milano Jewelry is a Direct-to-Consumer retail jewelry chain with over 40 locations in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Alaska. Headquartered in the New York City Diamond District, Milano's vertical integration from manufacturing to retail provides consumers with duty-free savings and high-end quality and service.

This is a Seasonal (April - September) full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in Alaska. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales, promoting customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Welcome and assist cruise ship passengers as they explore our fine jewelry collection
• Build relationships and guide customers through their purchases with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Learn and confidently present product knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and luxury pieces
• Support the team in achieving daily sales goals
• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store
• Help with basic store operations including inventory, POS, and merchandising

• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus but not required)
• Ability to work with an international clientele and thrive in a sales-focused environment
• Willingness to relocate to Alaska for the summer season
• Team player with a strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
