Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Show passion for brand standards and be a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and doing so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master the stockroom by keeping it running efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct it.
• Be ready to step in and help fellow team members with non stock‑related tasks or assist guests.
• Follow safety and asset protection standards and other AEO policies and procedures.

• You love organization, have attention to detail, and excel at priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability: morning, evening, weekend.
• You have worked in a stock‑related role before.

Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience and location. Eligibility for paid sick leave, PTO and holiday pay varies by job level, type, location and years of service. Associates may be eligible for rewards at AEO's discretion.
