Job Overview

At Under Armour, the Stock Associate plays a vital role in maintaining store sales and KPI targets by ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. This position reports to the Store Manager and may assume Sales Specialist duties in the manager’s absence.

Pay Range
: $16.75 – $18.84 per hour

• Process merchandise shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain optimal product availability.
• Handle markdowns, re‑ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Execute omni‑channel requests per Under Armour policy and digital experience standards.
• Maintain and support safety and Loss Prevention standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and contribute to a high‑energy, inclusive environment.

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
• Fluency in the local language.
• Proficient in the use of computers and other technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (preferred).

• Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• Ability to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and register area.
