Qualifications & Skills- Reliable, friendly, and outgoing interaction with customers and management
- Minimum age of 18 with 1-2 years merchandising experience
- Experience in leading and training teams
- Physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient with smartphones or tablets for work recording
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with a safety-first approach in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation required
