• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• The environment is fast‑paced; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving technology and ways to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.71 and $23.58 per hour plus over $13,700 in commission when all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training.

Sign‑on bonus details:
The bonus is not applicable to internal employees. To be eligible, you must be hired by AT&T for the location listed. AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your first portion of the bonus after 90 days of employment and the second payment after 6 months. Total payouts are $3,000.00. Receipt of these bonus payouts is contingent upon agreement with the terms set forth under “Agreement for Repayment of Sign‑On Bonus” and that the employee will repay the bonus if they voluntarily terminate employment within 12 months.
