Full Time Area Sales Representative – Akron/Cleveland market
Brookdale, a recognized leader in senior living, seeks an experienced sales and marketing professional to generate and close qualified leads in the Akron/Cleveland area. The role involves developing referral sources, conducting tours with potential residents and families, and partnering with community leadership to improve occupancy.

• Establish and maintain relationships with Executive Directors, District Directors of Sales, and referral sources.
• Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned communities.
• Provide direct selling support to achieve sales performance expectations.
• Conduct tours with potential residents and close sales.
• Organize public‑relations events to promote goodwill within the community.
• Keep accurate and timely records in CRM and other sales‑specific software.
• Provide move‑in forecasts and communicate resident needs to community leadership.
• Represent Brookdale’s mission‑driven sales culture and promote the brand.

• Assisted living experience required;
  Memory Care experience a plus.
• Strong sales track record with at least two years of related experience or training.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office, and email applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and handle required physical demands.
