Closer - Senior Account Executive - Precious Metals Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team in our West LA office. The role focuses on generating sales of precious metals, requiring a high volume of phone calls and a commission-based compensation plan. This is an on‑site position based at West Los Angeles (90064).

• Handle a high volume of daily inbound and outbound calls to opt‑in leads (150+).
• Stay updated with market trends and financial or political news and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure high‑level customer service during transactions.
• Manage customer accounts, organization, and tracking.
• Collaborate with in‑house processing team to ensure timely handling of requests.
• Enter data in the CRM and Microsoft Word/Excel.

• Experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in precious metals.
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily phone calls.
• Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Word, Docu Sign, Adobe PDF, and Excel.
• Professional and confident phone presence and demeanor.
• Hunger for success, strong work ethic, and sales‑driven personality.
• Personable, service‑oriented, respectful, and a team player.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.

Full‑time, $ – $ per year, including commission and bonus opportunities. Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shift, on‑site in West Los Angeles.
