Sales Support and Admin Specialist – Stow, OH

As a Sales Support and Admin Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development team by bridging the gap between different departments within the company and our valued clients. Your focus will be on nurturing client relationships and ensuring their experience with us is top‑notch. Day‑to‑day, you will be the go‑to person for handling client inquiries and collaborating with various teams to swiftly resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and address calls from customers regarding electronic scrap and recycling services
  • Attend client calls; manage email correspondence daily
  • Provide verbal and written quotations to customers
  • Process customer orders and provide order status updates
  • Create purchase and sales orders in the ERP System
  • Process outbound sales through initiating phone contact with customers
  • Review inquiries submitted by customers and business development managers that implement service delivery
  • Collaborate with Business Development and the Inside Sales Manager as liaison within service delivery expectations for clients
  • Daily communication with Transportation, Accounting and Operations to resolve time‑sensitive issues
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and maintain organization
  • Self‑starter and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to retain and document important information as it relates to customer accounts
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with various members of the organization
