Position OverviewAs a New Construction Insulation Sales Representative, you will drive sales, capture market share, build relationships, and manage clients in the new construction market. Working closely with builders, contractors, and architects, you will promote our insulation solutions, identify opportunities, and support clients throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage with builders, contractors, and architects to promote our insulation products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insulation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and energy efficiency regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
- Previous construction or insulation sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to learn and communicate knowledge of insulation products, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win‑win solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 per year
