Associate Agent

Base pay: $3,000 per month with opportunities for $1,000 per client bonuses.

• Prospect and build relationships with potential clients and referral partners
• Identify insurance solutions specific to clients and prospects’ needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Must obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed)
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade clients
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
