Personnel Security Specialist
Key Role:
Manage clearance alignment for Senior Leadership Team and Enterprise Organization (EO) employees. Processes and maintains firm and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and supervises team members, as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in the use of DISS, NBIS, and ACCS
- Knowledge of clearance processing for the DoD, DOE, or Intelligence Community
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Personnel Security or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in Personnel Security
- Experience working in a Team Environment
- Knowledge of clearance processing requirements of multiple Government Agencies
- Ability to work independently
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating effectively and professionally with Senior Leaders within the firm
- Secret clearance

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
