• Lead, guide and train Insulator Helpers
• Understand blueprints, sketches
• Measure, shape and cut materials to specified measurements
• Insulate, cover, wrap, staple, glue, fit insulation materials
• Fabricate and install architectural sheet metal and panels
• Finish insulation using sealants, tape, cement and metals

• Current and valid driver’s license, with clean driving record required
• North Slope Training Certification “NSTC” required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 7 years of “Arctic” North Slope experience

• Take and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Take and pass a Fit for Duty Examination.

• Advanced knowledge of Insulation installation processes and methods
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the different type tools involved with insulation installation activities
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the different types of tools involved in architectural sheet metal activities and installation methods
• Knowledge of design, principles and technical plans such as blueprints and drawings
• Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and Safety Regulations and industry practices related to materials and equipment use and operation
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to use time efficiently to complete projects/assignments on time
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to handle stress and possess positive attitude even in difficult or challenging situations
