Experience:

Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades

• Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
• Join a rotating 24/7 on‑call team for emergency repairs
• Analyze system performance to keep high‑tech dairy operations running smoothly
• Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
• Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
• Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on

• Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
• Willingness to learn dairy systems & cow physiology (yes‑it's fascinating!)
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism, reliability, teamwork

Salary and Benefits:
