Worley is seeking Project Pipefitter Helpers/Roustabouts for a construction project in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. This role involves supporting journeymen in various pipe fitting and roustabout tasks in a remote Arctic environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically capable, and eager to work in challenging conditions with provided accommodations and transportation.

• All meals and lodging provided while on location
• Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay provided
• Paid NSTC certification training if needed

• 84-hour work weeks (40 hours straight time, 44 hours overtime)

• Two (2) years of experience in oilfield or petrochemical plant maintenance and/or construction
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license preferred and ability to be insured by Worley auto insurer
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (training can be provided)
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, and work overhead in harsh Arctic conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Willingness to work in a remote environment with limited medical resources

• Graduate of a certified Alaska secondary trade school
