Part-Time, Evenings Handyman Role in Military Housing
The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across different areas of our residential homes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to ensure the safety and functionality of our property. Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs is essential to succeed in this position and meet customer satisfaction.

- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Familiarity with all required tools, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, power tools, saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Basic computer/phone skills, including computer-based training and timekeeping.
- REAL
- Driver's License (Travel ) - valid and unrestricted. - Ability to pass a state and federal background check to gain access to the installation and a 12-panel pre-employment drug test.
The Handyman primarily works in residential settings, performing repairs and maintenance in vacant homes. The role requires regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and often involves working in non-climate-controlled areas. Conditions may include exposure to extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, high noise levels (85+ decibels), hazardous materials, power tools, atmospheric conditions, water, industrial hazards, electrical shock risks, ice and slipping hazards, heights, and potential falling hazards.
PhysicalDemands
The physical demands involve heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds and exertion of up to 50 pounds of force. Reasonable accommodations may be considered if these requirements present a challenge.
ScheduleMonday-Friday; 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.
