Focus Staff is seeking a Traveling Social Worker (LCSW) for our Juneau, AK clinic on a 13‑week temporary contract with 5 eight‑hour shifts weekly. You will perform discharge planning and psychosocial interventions, including assessment, advocacy, referral, and interdisciplinary planning for identified patients.
You will prepare social histories, provide social casework to patients and families, and support physicians in understanding social and emotional factors affecting care.
