Job Description

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water, is recruiting for an Analyst Programmer 1-4 in Anchorage. This position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify.

What You Will Be Doing

Join our team at the Division of Mining, Land & Water (DMLW) for an exciting opportunity to be part of the Contract Initiation and Revenue Recovery Section (CIRR) IT team. As a full-time Analyst/Programmer, you will maintain DMLW’s website and web application stack, develop, test, and produce web-based line-of-business applications and databases of varying levels of complexity. You will provide documentation and support of users via a support ticketing system and continuously improve processes as a team.

This position is located in Anchorage on the 7th floor of the Robert

B. Atwood building. It sits with DNR’s OIT, while working with CIRR on the 6th floor. We offer situational teleworking opportunities to all our staff.
