We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Tour Driver to safely transport our guests to and from tour locations, provide excellent service, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining safety and service excellence.

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests to scheduled tour destinations and pick-up points.
• Greet, assist, and provide friendly customer service to guests before, during, and after tours.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and tour supervisors.
• Provide narrated driving tours of the historic and beautiful Juneau area.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle interior and exterior throughout the season.

• Valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement (required).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays as tour demand requires.
• Positive, professional demeanor and reliability in attendance and performance.

• Previous experience driving commercial passenger vehicles.
• Local knowledge of Juneau area and popular tour routes.

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $27/hour plus tips.
• End of Season Bonus:
  Earn an additional $1 for every hour worked if you stay through the end of the season.
