Pay and Incentives- Dedicated opportunity in McCalla, AL
- Base pay: $70,000 annually ($72,000+ for top performers)
- Pay range: $70,000 - $72,000
- Guaranteed weekly pay: $1,200
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 weekly, dependent on experience
- No-touch freight
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Rider and pet permits available
- Average truck age 2.5 years
- Collision mitigation technology on trucks
- Career Currency Program – earn graduate or college credit (family eligible)
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Meet DOT requirements and pass a DOT physical, including substance screening
- Clean driving record
- Good work history
