Position OverviewThis position will report to Juneau. We are looking for a Class B Delivery Driver who is eager to grow, push their potential, and reap the rewards of joining the US FOODS® family. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $34.11.

- Schedule:
Monday–Friday with early morning start times. - Drive a ClassB vehicle safely and reliably.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members.
- Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
- Unload products using pallet jack, two‑wheeler, or by hand.
- Verify accuracy of delivery, obtain proper signatures, and handle collections and payments when applicable.
- Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
Education & Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid CDL ClassB issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required.
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, listening, and writing, and ability to converse with customers and complete reports.
Physical & General Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20‑80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Carefully unload products and place in designated storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
