The Alaska Marine Highway System is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ferry Terminal Agent 1 to join our team in Juneau, Alaska. As a Terminal Agent 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ferry terminal facilities. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with ticketing and boarding processes, providing information and assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized terminal environment.

In this role, you will work with a fun, team-oriented office and provide support to staff, Alaskan customers and tourists visiting. Including tying and untying vessels, operating the hydraulic ramp, using a computerized reservation system, printing tickets for passengers, and staging vehicles for loading. This position will give you the tools and knowledge you will need to advance with AMHS and help you to achieve your long-term career goals.
