What You’ll Do
  • Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan safely and efficiently in single-pilot IFR and VFR environments across Southeast Alaska.
  • Execute scheduled and on-demand flights, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Navigage complex coastal terrain and dynamic weather with sound aeronautical decision-making.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining our uncompromising safety culture.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, weight-and-balance, performance calculations, and post-flight duties.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and station teams to keep operations reliable and on time.
Minimum Requirements
  • Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum and meets FAR 135.243(c)
  • Licenses: CPL and CFI (FAA)
  • Medical: FAA First Class
  • Type Rating:
    Not required (training provided)
  • Work Authorization:
    Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Preferred Experience
  • 100+ hours in the Cessna 208 Caravan
  • Alaska time and/or coastal/mountain flying experience
  • Strong single-pilot IFR proficiency in varied weather
  • Customer-facing aviation experience in scheduled or on-demand operations
